Sena Development collaborates with Japanese partner Hankyu Hanshin Properties to elevate support measures for residents affected by recent earthquakes, implementing a proactive three-phase action plan: “Proactive Inspection and Communication for Assurance – Urgent Repair and Assistance – Long-term Preparedness for a Safe Future”. This initiative aims to address disaster situations and instill confidence in residents across all Sena projects.

Dr. Yui - Kesara Thanyalakphak, Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, stated that Sena is committed to developing projects that enhance quality of life while prioritizing safety in every endeavor. The company emphasizes designing buildings to withstand disasters effectively, with structures capable of resisting seismic forces beyond international standards, while also strengthening resilience against other types of disasters. Following the earthquake on March 28, 2025, the company dispatched engineering teams to urgently inspect the structures of all high-rise projects, completing the assessments by 11:00 PM on the same day. Sena places the utmost importance on the safety of residents and their properties in all projects. Under the support and recovery measures for projects affected by the earthquake, Sena has adopted disaster response strategies based on the Geo fit+ concept from Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp in Japan, tailoring them to the situation for maximum effectiveness. The plan is divided into 3 phases as follows:
- Proactive Inspection and Communication for Assurance
- Sena's management and engineering teams collaborated with licensed experts to inspect building structures and assess project safety.
- Monitoring and tracking the situation 24/7, providing updates via social media, website, and Line OA to ensure residents receive accurate and timely information.
- Establishing a hotline and Line OA for residents to report emergencies conveniently and immediately.

- Urgent Repair and Assistance
- The property management team from SenX is ready to assist affected residents, including those injured and those with property damage, providing swift and comprehensive support.
- Repairing and restoring projects by thoroughly assessing damages and collaborating with Sena's partners, such as contractors and insurance companies, to ensure efficient and rapid recovery.
- Long-term Preparedness for a Safe Future
- Reviewing and enhancing project designs to withstand seismic forces and disasters beyond international standards to improve building stability and long-term safety for residents.
- Improving internal management systems (Workflow) for greater efficiency to handle emergencies and enhance the ability to assist residents.
